Australia

Where we stand under Australian law.

Fractional is in its interest-gathering stage. We are building the demand picture first and the licensed structure second — in that order, deliberately.

Nothing on this site is an offer

Every asset shown here is illustrative. You cannot buy, reserve or pay for a share today. Registering interest creates no contract, no entitlement and no obligation on either side.

We do not hold your money

We collect no deposits, no application money and no card details. There is no trust account, no escrow and no payment step anywhere in the current product.

Co-ownership would be a financial product

Pooling contributions from multiple people to acquire an asset they do not individually control is generally a managed investment scheme under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Operating one for retail investors requires a registered scheme and an Australian Financial Services Licence, or an authorised responsible entity acting for us.

Licensing comes before any money moves

Before a single share is sold we will either hold the required AFS licence and authorisations or partner with a licensed responsible entity, and issue a Product Disclosure Statement and Target Market Determination assessed against design and distribution obligations.

Consumer law still applies now

Under the Australian Consumer Law we must not mislead you, including by implication or omission. Figures shown on asset pages are worked examples only and are not forecasts, valuations or promises of return.

Privacy

If you register interest we collect only what you give us and use it solely to contact you about this project, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Not financial advice

This page explains our own position. It is general information, not legal or financial advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Anyone considering co-ownership should get independent advice from an Australian licensed adviser.
